Gold Sponsor - $3,000 Awards Dinner (3 Available)The awards dinner on Monday evening will serve as one of the few opportunities where all attendees come together to recognize deserving members for their achievements. Sponsoring this event will allow maximum exposure to the leaders of our organizations. Includes: Three tickets to the banquet, A 5-minute presentation in front of attendees during the banquet, Table for materials at the banquet Reception (3 Available) On Monday evening, invite the guests to join you prior to the Awards Dinner. Includes: A table for brochures, giveaways, etc. during the reception and the opportunity to provide drink tickets, at sponsor cost Registration: Includes logo in all registration emails and signage at the registration desk at the conference. Silver Sponsor - $2,000 Audio Visual Sponsor: Covers all audio-visual costs related to the conference. As show attendees walk the conference, signs will be displayed acknowledging this sponsorship. Lunch Sponsor: Sponsors will cover the cost for all the lunches throughout the conference. Signs will be displayed acknowledging this sponsorship. A table will be provided for materials to be set out during the lunches. Breakfast Sponsor: Sponsors will cover the cost for all the breakfasts throughout the conference. Program Sponsor: Sponsor will receive enhanced recognition within the program. Conference handout will be stuffed into the program, rather than placed in the bag. Itemized Sponsorship OptionsAs an event or item sponsor, you will also receive recognition on any sponsor recognition pieces. You will be responsible for providing the required number of pieces with your logo for the conference participants. Pen Sponsorship - $1,000: With your logo on a pen, your name will be front and center as the participants take notes during the conference. You will be responsible for providing the pens. Lanyard Sponsorship - $1,000: The lanyards will have your logo imprinted and will be worn by every attendee at the conference. You will be responsible for providing the lanyards. Notebook Sponsorship - $1,000: The notebooks given to each attendee will feature your logo. You will be responsible for providing the notebooks. Conference Bag Sponsorship - $1,000: Sponsoring the official CACP 2021 Annual Conference tote bag will make your company a center point of every attendee’s attention. 2021 Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police Advertising Opportunities MEDIA DISTRIBUTION-- $250 As an additional opportunity, your brochure, pamphlet, etc., can be placed in each attendee’s registration packet. A fee of $250 is charged for participation in this distribution program. Please send a sample for approval, via email. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide the needed number of copies. The exhibitor must ship the inserts directly the CACP office. Inserts must arrive at the office no later than June 4, 2021. The Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation (CFHF) will bring together multi-agency professionals with a variety of specialized skills to respond,and assist any organization with a memorial service befitting a hero as needed.
