If we sell out, you will not be able to register for your booth space online and should reach out to [email protected] to have your organization placed on a waiting list.Here you can register to have a booth at the 2025 Annual Conference Exhibitor Showcase, become a Sponsor, become a Partner and find all of the Partners, Sponsors and Exhibitors that are part of the 2025 Annual Conference and the 2025-26 fiscal year. We recognize that not all of our police departments and their respective staff can attend the Annual Conference, so we have created this opportunity to connect our members with businesses that provide products and services specifically for law enforcement. Annual Conference Exhibitor Showcase Information: Exhibitor space includes one six-foot draped table and two chairs. Electricity is available and must be requested in advance. Registration includes up to four credentialed staff. There will be an option for more credentialed staff at an additional charge. Booths for CACP Partners will be assigned first. The remaining booths will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. If you purchase an Exhibit Only booth, it includes lunch on Tuesday. If an exhibitor chooses to attend any conference sessions, they are required to register for the conference separately. You will receive more information from us as we get closer to the conference. We will also be offering an Exhibitor Showcase Presentation link to watch at a time convenient for you prior to the conference to go over guidelines, expectations, share best practices and provide exhibitor tips. Annual Conference Exhibitor Showcase Schedule: The Exhibit Hall is open for one day only, Tuesday, June 3rd from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Exhibitors will set up on Monday, June 2nd between 12:00pm and 5:00pm. The evening of June 2nd will be a cocktail reception with Exhibitors and Attendees from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Exhibitors can then dismantle their tables after 4pm on Tuesday, June 3rd or dismantle on Wednesday, June 4th between 8:00am and 11:00am. Location: You will receive the exact location in Estes Park once you have registered along with details on electricity, internet, package receiving and lodging.
