CANCELLED: 2020 Annual ConferencePosted: Apr. 8, 2020 Due to the increasing health concerns and escalating developments that have occurred over the last several weeks regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, including the state of emergency in several states, the CACP Board of Directors has decided that the Annual Conference scheduled for June 28-30, 2020, will no longer take place. As difficult as this decision is, the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, presenters, volunteers, and staff remain our top priority. The challenges faced by agency heads and departments to honorably memorialize officers who have died in the line of duty, and care for their families and department personnel are daunting. The sad reality is there will be more, and your agency could be next.
The Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation (CFHF) will bring together multi-agency professionals with a variety of specialized skills to respond,and assist any organization with a memorial service befitting a hero as needed.
